Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only offer refunds if the product was damaged upon arrival with a 1-day return policy. This means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. *Photo proof is required for damaged goods*


Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before purchasing as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. Once the product has been shipped out for delivery we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (as shown in the photo) and unused.

If your return is accepted, please use the return shipping label located inside your package and send it to the address listed above. In the event that you have misplaced this label we will provide you a printable return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges Please ensure that you are purchasing the goods of your choice as there will be no exchanges due to incorrect purchase.


Exceptions
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

No Refunds will be given if order is still “In transit” to its destination.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
